Whether you’re looking to improve power off the tee, boost mobility, or stay injury-free, our coaching — delivered in person — is built to help you move better, feel stronger, and play your best golf.

Step 1:

MOVEMENT & MOBILITY ASSESSMENT

$100 - 1 Hour (In-Person)

Every new client begins with an Initial TPI Screening, allowing us to assess how you move and identify what’s holding your swing back. From there, we can tailor your golf-specific training to your body, goals, and game.

Step 2:

1:1 Training

$100 - 1 Hour (In-Person)

$60 - 30 mins (In-Person)

Our training is built specifically for golf — no guesswork, no generic workouts. Using your Initial movement assessment we target what your body needs to generate more power, improve control, and reduce the risk of injury.
